Every business owner has done it: typed their own name into a search bar, alone, and winced. Not because the results were a scandal — because they were a stranger's version of the business. A one-star review from 2023 ranking above everything since. A Reddit thread you never saw. An AI assistant cheerfully describing your shop with facts that stopped being true two owners ago.

The painful part is rarely the bad review itself. It's the gap — the distance between what customers are actually saying online and what the owner thinks is being said. That gap is where reputations quietly rot. We built PigPR to close it, and as of this week, the closing starts at $0.

What's actually free

The Free plan monitors one name — your business, your brand, or your own name — across the full radar. Not a sampler, not the three sources that are cheap to crawl: all 14 sources. Google reviews, Yelp, TripAdvisor, news and the GDELT global news index, Reddit, X, TikTok, Instagram reels, YouTube, Spotify, Bluesky, Wikipedia, Weibo. And because answers matter as much as mentions now, we also ask five AI engines — Gemini, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Grok, and Qwen — what they say about you, every day, and show you the answers: whether you were mentioned, and which sources they cited.

Sweeps run daily. Every mention gets sentiment and feeds your Brand Health score. And when something needs a reply, you get 25 AI-drafted responses a month, written in your voice, waiting for your approval — never auto-sent. That is the whole product experience, sized for one name.

Why we made it free

Because we're a small team and we'd rather earn trust with a working dashboard than a sales call. The conventional playbook — 14-day trial, card up front, countdown timer, 'free*' with an asterisk doing heavy lifting — optimizes for catching people. We optimize for people who stay. An owner who watches their name for three weeks, sees the first mention they'd have missed, and then upgrades because they need a second location is worth more to us than a hundred expired trials.

So: no card, no countdown, no asterisk. You sign up, you put one name on the radar, it stays there.

The moment that sells it

Here's the moment we've watched land, over and over. Say you run a Toyota dealership. Your Yelp page shows 1.9 stars — a brutal sample, mostly one bad year. Your Carfax reviews say 4.7. You know which number is fair. The internet is undecided. Now the part that matters: when a customer asks an AI, 'best Toyota dealer in town — are they any good?', the AI picks one of those stories and repeats it with total confidence. Maybe the stale one. You would never know — unless you were the kind of owner who checks.

The Free plan makes you that kind of owner. The first time you open the dashboard and see what the engines actually answer about you — alongside the reviews, the threads, the reels — the gap we talked about stops being a suspicion and becomes a list. Lists are fixable.

The honest limits

Free means one name, daily sweeps (paid tiers go up to hourly), and 25 AI-drafted replies a month. No white-labeling, no spike alerts to Slack, one seat. That's the whole catch, and it isn't a trap — it's a boundary. When you outgrow it, Solo is $49/mo for three client workspaces, 200 drafts, and sweeps every six hours. That's the entire pitch: start free, upgrade when the radar pays for itself.

If you've ever winced at your own search results, this is the fix with no excuse left attached: start free — no card needed. Ten minutes from now you'll know what the internet, and the AIs reading it, say about you. Check the full ladder on pricing whenever one name stops being enough.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. It is not a trial and it does not expire — there is no countdown and no card on file to charge. We keep it free because it is our best demo: people who watch their name for a few weeks usually upgrade themselves when they outgrow one name. If you never do, you still got a useful tool, and we still got a user who tells people about us.

What counts as a 'name'?

Any single name you want watched: your business name, your brand, your own name as a founder or professional. One exact name (with sensible matching around it) per Free plan. If you need to watch several — multiple locations, your brand plus your competitors, a client roster — that's what the paid tiers are for.

What happens when I hit 25 AI-drafted replies?

Nothing dramatic. Monitoring, alerts, and the daily sweep keep running — only drafting pauses until the counter resets next month. Paid plans get larger monthly draft budgets (200 on Solo) plus top-up packs, but on Free you are never blocked from reading your mentions.

Can I switch the name I'm monitoring?

Yes. The Free plan watches one name at a time, not one name ever — you can change it from the console. Most people set their business name and leave it; the switch exists so the plan stays useful if you rebrand, and so agencies can test-drive a client name before putting them on a paid tier.
