Terms of Service — PigPR

Last updated: September 7, 2026

The service

PigPR is a reputation-monitoring platform: we track reviews, news mentions, search rankings, backlinks, and AI-engine answers for the brands you configure, and report on them weekly. We also offer free public tools (keyword research, AEO check, SEO audit, Wikipedia check, rank checks) and digital PR services. By using PigPR you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@pigpr.com.

Accounts

You must provide accurate signup information and keep your credentials to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account. One free account per person or business; agencies manage client workspaces under their own account.

Acceptable use

PigPR monitors public web data about businesses. You may not use it to:

  • surveil or profile private individuals,
  • monitor for the purpose of harassment, defamation, or stalking,
  • track targets you have no legitimate business relationship with,
  • scrape, resell, or republish our compiled data as your own service,
  • do anything illegal, or probe or disrupt the service itself.

We can suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where practical.

Plans, payment, cancellation

There's a genuinely free tier — no card required. Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Agency) are billed monthly or yearly via our payment processor. You can cancel any time from the console; service continues to the end of the paid period and we don't do partial-month refunds. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes never apply mid-cycle.

Free tools & fair use

The free tools are rate-limited per visitor and intended for individual evaluation. Automated bulk use, or building a competing service on top of them, isn't allowed.

No accuracy guarantee

Monitoring data comes from public sources and third-party data providers and can lag, miss items, or occasionally be wrong — rankings shift, platforms change formats, AI answers are non-deterministic. We work hard to be accurate and honest about limits, but PigPR is an information tool, not legal, financial, or professional advice, and business decisions you make from it are yours.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't promise uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and upstream provider outages happen; we'll communicate about anything significant.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PigPR's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you're on the free tier), and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost rankings, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes come with notice to account holders. Continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and disputes belong in its courts. Contact: hello@pigpr.com.
